Dumbbell Full Body Workouts – Get Whole Body Fitness Using Just Dumbbells

Performing a full body workout using just dumbbells is easier than you may think and it offers a great inexpensive workout alternative to spending hundreds of pounds on a home gym or a massive monthly bill for the gym.

Before you begin with any full body workout it is important you do some warm up exercises to get the heart going.

Once you have performed this you are ready to perform your full body workout.

To perform a full body workout you are going to need to perform at least 1 exercise that targets all of the major muscles, ie you will need to perform 1 leg exercise, 1 ab exercise, 1 bicep/tricep exercise, 1 chest exercise and 1 shoulder exercise.

Shoulder Press 10 Reps

If that routine is too easy for you then you can double it up and perform 2 exercises for each muscle group and then 4 for the muscle group you are targetting. When performing this workout you should be using adjustable dumbbells so that you can change the weights easily for the different exercises you are performing.
