Do you know people who have exercise equipment they use to hang clothes on? Or who’ve used it intensely for a few weeks, then put it away, in a closet or in a basement, and never looked at it again? Of course, you do. Everyone does. Because so many people want to get in shape. But hectic lives interfere. If you don’t plan carefully.

If in addition to the above you have a really good reason (your wedding’s coming up, a reunion, you made a bet with that annoying Marge from accounting, the one all the men in your office ogle day in and day out that you’ll have better abs than her before 3 months pass), you’re really going to stick with it.

To conclude, buying exercise equipment, like anything else, requires you to be clear on what you want and why and to match equipment to need very precisely. Your health actually depends on you getting the right fitness equipment for you.
